Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing disease in the body
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is holistic therapy that is natural, gentle and non-invasive. It brings together eastern and western medicine practices to reactivate the body’s innate ability to self-heal. Unresolved stress and emotions reduce the efficiency of the body, which over time leads to the manifestation of dis-ease.
Kinesiologists use a biofeedback technique called Muscle Monitoring. This process identifies where stress has created an imbalance in the body, and what form of support the body needs to release that stress. This starts the natural healing process of the body.
Kinesiology can assist with:
- ✓ Physical and emotional stress
- ✓ Anxiety
- ✓ Suppressed emotions
- ✓ Negative belief patterns
- ✓ Promotes self-awareness
What a session involves:
In the initial kinesiology session we will discuss the intake form and gather any further information needed. Then we will discuss presenting issues/concerns. From here the session can be very different for everyone. We will use muscle monitoring to access the bodies innate awareness and identify the stress that is causing the imbalance and find what support is needed to defuse the stress.
